What you'll do

• Identify vertical-market prospects and contact them by phone, email, and mail
• handle incoming leads by phone, chat, and email during retail hours
• follow up on incomplete website carts
• recommend products to customers
• seek add-on sales
• send quotes and manage the sales pipeline
• monitor open orders and shipping timelines
• coordinate with carriers and customers to resolve delivery issues
• follow up for satisfaction and repeat business
• provide backup customer service on e-commerce platforms as needed
• work with the team toward monthly sales goals.
