The Enterprise Program and Project Consultant – Oahu role is onsite in Honolulu, HI. Compensation is not specified. The consultant strengthens enterprise-wide program and project execution by developing standards, coaching project leaders, and helping teams plan, monitor, and deliver work. The role also provides oversight and analysis across projects, identifies risks and resource conflicts, and supports alignment with company and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop or lead development of program and project plans, schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and risk and communication plans
• coach project leaders and teams
• consolidate project status and assessments
• identify shared-resource opportunities and project conflicts
• conduct technical reviews and audits
• build partnerships across Hawaiian Electric companies
• contribute to strategic planning and organizational change initiatives
• recommend cross-functional teams and provide performance feedback.

Why this role
