What you'll do

• Conduct substance use screenings and assessments
• provide crisis intervention and solution-focused counseling
• conduct community outreach and education
• educate about overdose prevention, HIV, hepatitis C, and other communicable diseases
• distribute naloxone and prevention materials
• connect clients with treatment, healthcare, recovery, and community resources
• coordinate with service providers
• provide peer support
• maintain progress notes and referral documentation
• participate in meetings and training
• travel within the assigned service area as needed.
