Kids Coach

Job overview

The Kids Coach role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, and compensation is $18–$22 per hour. KidStrong helps parents support children’s development in confidence, physical ability, and character. The coach leads classes for children from about 12 months through 11 years old, teaches the provided curriculum, and guides exercises while maintaining a safe, motivating environment. The role also welcomes parents and guardians, explains the curriculum, records class data, and helps maintain the center.

What you'll do

• Coach classes of 6–15 children
• teach the KidStrong curriculum
• keep classes on schedule
• greet children and parents or guardians
• demonstrate and manage exercises
• maintain center cleanliness
• record class data in the coach app
• complete required training and attend programming and staff meetings.
