District Manager

Job overview

What you'll do

• Oversee multiple centers and monitor enrollment, revenue, staffing, satisfaction, and expenses
• conduct site visits
• support enrollment, outreach, and family engagement
• optimize staffing and scheduling
• coach center directors
• lead recruitment and development
• manage budgets and financial reports
• ensure regulatory and company compliance
• oversee curriculum implementation
• address parent concerns
• support strategic plans and new center launches.
