What you'll do

• Build relationships with client contacts and employees
• provide injury- and illness-prevention education and training
• provide onsite care and management of work- and non-work-related discomforts
• follow OSHA First Aid standards and the Early Discomfort Management program
• complete timely reports and documentation
• adhere to site safety policies. Depending on client requirements, may provide functional employment testing, return-to-work or stay-at-work services, ergonomic assessments, or clinical solutions.

Why this role

Requires education in athletic training, kinesiology, exercise physiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field; appropriate certification or state license; current CPR certification; musculoskeletal injury-care knowledge; and at least one year of customer service experience. Ergonomic certification and related experience are preferred but not required. Average 30–39 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with rotating coverage typically between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
