In-Home Assistance Caregiver

The In-Home Assistance Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes across the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent, Oregon. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Right at Home supports seniors and vulnerable adults in living safely and independently at home. The caregiver provides personal care, companionship, household assistance, medication reminders, mobility and transportation support, and safety supervision. The role follows individual care plans, documents daily care, and communicates with the office team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• supervise client safety
• follow care plans
• document daily care notes using a mobile app
• communicate with the office team.
