What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu dishes according to recipes and plating standards
• work grill, pizza, garmo, sauté, and prep stations as needed
• prepare ingredients, sauces, and vegetables
• maintain timely food preparation and quality
• follow food safety and sanitation rules
• keep workstations, equipment, surfaces, and storage areas clean
• follow portion-control guidelines
• collaborate with kitchen staff during service.
