The Apartment Maintenance Technician II works onsite at Collins Park and Preserve at Collins Park in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The posting lists pay of $23–$27 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform apartment-community maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, appliance, and drywall work
• coordinate work orders and apartment make-ready schedules
• inspect vacant units and complete repairs needed for occupancy
• walk the property to identify maintenance needs and hazards
• perform preventive maintenance
• help manage supplies and maintenance budgets
• coordinate warranty work and vendors
• assist with weather-related issues
• monitor work quality
• and support other communities when requested.
