• Track partnership revenue, margin, growth, volume, and churn
• establish KPIs and performance expectations
• develop scorecards, dashboards, and leadership reports
• manage key partner relationships and support quarterly business reviews
• identify expansion and new partnership opportunities
• coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Billing, and IT
• improve onboarding, launch, and escalation processes
• mentor team members.
