Compensation is $33 per hour. The Lead Heavy Duty Mechanic is an onsite role based in Arvada, CO. This role exists to ensure the reliability and safe operation of ready-mix trucks and heavy equipment. The mechanic performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses mechanical and hydraulic systems, and collaborates with shop leadership to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on service vehicles.
• Weld, repair, and fabricate metal parts.
• Purchase repair parts and materials.
• Provide on-site support at various plants and mentor co-workers.
