What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, and hydration
• measure and record vital signs
• report changes in physical or mental condition
• provide medication reminders and basic care under licensed staff supervision
• encourage social engagement
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection-control procedures and assist during emergencies.
