What you'll do

• Prepare and present cost plans and estimates
• review design and contractor estimates
• estimate and negotiate change orders
• reconcile cost data
• prepare cost updates and written comments
• coordinate cost information
• manage cost checks, valuations, contingency and commitment tracking, and change control
• support value engineering
• review contractor pricing
• produce monthly cost reports
• negotiate final accounts
• mentor talent and track commission financial performance.
