Direct Care Staff This is an onsite, part-time role in Oconto, WI, with a pay rate of $16/hr and $12/hr for sleep overnights. REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The purpose of this role is to provide direct support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to grow, learn, and live well within their community.

What you'll do

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs, support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
