Senior Account Coordinator

Job overview

The Senior Account Coordinator role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, and full-time. The base compensation range is $70,000–$85,000 per year. Moonbug Entertainment creates children’s and family entertainment content and brands, including CoComelon and Blippi. The coordinator manages day-to-day client relationships and campaign execution across Moonbug’s global intellectual property. The role connects brand partners with internal media, advertising operations, creative, production, and finance teams to deliver campaigns, track performance, and support long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
• coordinate campaigns from handoff through delivery, including custom YouTube content and advertisements
• manage deliverables and timelines with internal teams
• coordinate assets, approvals, production schedules, and reporting
• lead client status meetings and follow up on milestones
• understand client goals and identify account-growth opportunities
• monitor project health and flag risks or budget discrepancies
• collect and analyze campaign performance data
• build knowledge of Moonbug intellectual property and the children’s and family entertainment ecosystem.
