What you'll do

• Define product vision for the Agentic AI development tool
• partner with customer experience leadership on platform capabilities
• establish platform and customer experience KPIs
• own and structure the Jira backlog
• track dependencies and delivery
• lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
• prioritize platform foundations, guardrails, compliance, and PII redaction
• guide tools for human oversight and handoff
• mentor product owners.
