Before and After School Site Director is an onsite, part-time role in West Dennis, MA, paying $24 per hour. The Site Director leads the program team and manages site operations, helping deliver engaging activities and maintain positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school community. The role also trains Guides and develops clubs around students’ interests and talents.
