What you'll do

• Review medical records and address client questions using client-specific or recognized evidence-based criteria
• document clear rationales and supporting materials
• identify and use current guidelines and peer-reviewed literature
• provide criteria used with reports
• return cases by deadlines
• make calls when required by state or client
• maintain credentials and licenses
• attend required orientation and training
• respond to quality, regulatory, deposition, court, or audit matters as assigned.
