What you'll do

• Assist the supervisor with communicating policies, procedures, and safety information
• support first-level safety investigations and audits
• maintain production-floor project status
• monitor work for quality
• investigate inventory issues
• participate in production, overtime, quality, safety, and inventory meetings
• coordinate with supervisors, quality, engineering, and programming teams
• monitor process controls and defect rates
• allocate resources under supervisor direction
• lead 6S activities
• support production schedules, training, and cross-training
• complete production paperwork and Oracle tasks
• assist with production or equipment setup
• communicate issues affecting production.
