Business Development Agent

Job overview

The Business Development Agent works onsite in Waxahachie, TX; pay is $13–$25 per hour. The role supports the dealership’s Business Development Center, the first point of contact for customers across its Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ford, and Nissan stores. The agent handles inbound and outbound customer communications and turns inquiries into confirmed sales or service appointments. Accurate records and coordination with sales and service teams help ensure appointments are prepared for customer arrival.

What you'll do

• Call and message internet leads, past customers, service customers, and recall customers
• answer inbound calls and messages
• confirm sales and service appointments
• record appointment details including date, time, vehicle or service concern, assigned staff, trade and payment details
• send confirmation touches
• maintain CRM and scheduler records
• clear message and call queues
• coordinate with sales, service, and management.
