What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and oral hygiene
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals and snacks and provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility
• perform light housekeeping
• run errands and provide transportation or accompaniment
• report changes in client condition
• maintain a safe home environment
• communicate with clients, families, nurses, case managers, and supervisors.
