Compensation is $22–$31 per year. The Lab Technician 1st Shift is an onsite role based in Clark, NJ. , and this position supports the Taste Division by performing essential laboratory testing and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality. This role exists to maintain high standards of product integrity through rigorous testing and analysis. The technician contributes to the team by preparing samples, operating instrumentation, and documenting results to support the development of sustainable food and flavor solutions.

What you'll do

• Perform visual, odor, and taste tests
• prepare materials for sensory evaluation
• maintain lab equipment
• perform GC, wet chemistry, and other instrumentation testing
• provide inventory extensions
• perform benchtop compounding.
