The role connects riders and internal teams with timely service information and operational support.

What you'll do

• Communicate by radio, telephone, and computer with bus operators and the public
• direct and monitor vehicles and routes
• relay traffic, accident, construction, congestion, and weather information
• communicate work assignments and liaise between operators and mechanics
• schedule rides and answer service questions
• manage vehicle-tracking software
• maintain files and records
• and provide information to internal teams.
