What you'll do

• Co-design and execute learning strategy
• develop onboarding, competency, continuing education, and leadership pathways
• create and maintain training content and a learning library
• manage the learning management system
• facilitate live and virtual training
• measure training effectiveness and identify learning gaps
• develop remediation plans
• partner with clinical operations, product, HR, compliance, and quality teams.
