Senior IT Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Maintain access lifecycle procedures
• coordinate user provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning
• improve access approval workflows using automation, scripting, and AI-assisted technologies where appropriate
• track system KPIs and SLAs
• coordinate vendor incident resolution and root-cause analysis
• maintain operational runbooks
• conduct operational reviews
• improve workflows and automation
• support audits and compliance records.
