What you'll do

• Direct crew members and manage equipment
• assign tasks and supervise performance
• plan and execute work safely
• organize assignments for efficiency
• communicate with property owners and obtain permission for tree work or herbicide application
• enforce PPE and safe practices
• trim or remove trees and spray stumps or brush
• load and unload debris or feed brush into a chipper
• direct cleanup and inspect completed work
• maintain time, equipment, and material records
• inspect trucks and conduct job briefings
• restock supplies and perform routine equipment maintenance or report issues
• respond to emergencies
• perform storm-work duties as needed.
