What you'll do

• document inquiry and safety narratives
• handle requests by phone, email, CRM, chat, and other platforms
• coordinate product-quality complaint processes
• maintain product and therapeutic-area knowledge
• staff scientific medical affairs booths
• participate in assigned on-call responsibilities.
