What you'll do

• Rinse, clean, organize, stock, and maintain pots, pans, silverware, dishware, and glassware
• follow checklists and standard operating procedures
• maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
• attend required trainings and meetings
• operate industrial cleaning equipment
• dispose of rubbish and mop the area
• organize dirty and clean dishware
• handle inventory carefully to limit breakage
• collaborate with other stations when requested or needed.
