The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is onsite in Daytona Beach, FL, with compensation of $36–$40 per hour. Coastal Health & Rehabilitation Center’s nursing team provides resident care in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations. Under the Director of Nursing, the supervisor oversees nursing personnel and day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts. The role supports coordinated care by reviewing care plans, assessing residents, conducting rounds, and providing or assisting with direct care when needed.

What you'll do

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery
• review and update care plans
• assess residents upon admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds to evaluate resident status and needs
• provide or assist with direct resident care, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities as appropriate.
