The Site Shift Leader role is onsite in Wilmer, TX, on a Thursday through Saturday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; compensation is $50,000–$55,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead and support Access Control Officers assigned to a shift
• ensure deployment, training, and compliance with company policies and site protocols
• act as onsite leader when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable
• escalate shift-level access, scheduling, and workforce issues
• verify attendance and time records
• coach officers and report performance concerns
• communicate with customer representatives
• maintain attendance, incident, and access records
• check equipment and technology
• support scheduling and shift coverage.
