What you'll do

• Greet customers and determine service needs
• explain policies, procedures, products, and services
• answer repair and maintenance questions
• explain labor and parts estimates and investigate concerns
• track vehicle progress and update customers
• assist with cashier duties as needed
• follow up after service
• prepare repair orders and bills
• process warranty claims and maintain department records.
