The Security Officer – Site Supervisor, Day Shift role is onsite in Waynesboro, PA. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour, and the schedule is 6 a.m.–2 p.m., Monday through Friday. Allied Universal provides security and facility services for clients and communities. The Site Supervisor oversees the operation, administration, and quality of uniformed security services at a client site. The role coordinates staffing, scheduling, and training; checks contract compliance and service quality; responds to client requests; and directs and supports assigned security personnel.

What you'll do

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training
• ensure contract-required training and screening are completed
• monitor overtime
• inspect personnel and job performance for service quality and contract compliance
• handle payroll and incident reports
• assist with security surveys and post orders
• respond to client requests
• make emergency notifications as required
• direct subordinates
• make personnel and operational recommendations.
