What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders, preventive maintenance, unit-turn repairs, and general building and grounds maintenance across assigned properties.
• Repair and maintain building systems and appliances, communicate work-order status and property concerns, manage supplies, and follow safety procedures.
• The position is not assigned to an after-hours on-call rotation.
