• review and submit weekly payroll
• lead center-level projects from scoping through measurement
• maintain procedures and job aids
• lead user acceptance testing and validation
• analyze performance data and recommend improvements
• mentor newly promoted supervisors
• represent the center in cross-functional workgroups
• provide floor leadership coverage when needed.
