Facility Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in manufacturing, warehouse, office, and common areas
• operate cleaning equipment
• inspect facilities and identify maintenance or safety concerns
• perform basic building maintenance and minor repairs as permitted
• replace facility components
• assist with preventive maintenance
• support HVAC, compressed air, lighting, and other infrastructure
• move machinery and materials using material-handling equipment
• set up or relocate workstations and equipment
• maintain exterior grounds
• assist with recycling and waste management
• support environmental, safety, and OSHA initiatives
• respond to maintenance requests, complete work orders, and maintain basic records.
