The Warehouse Inventory Control Area Supervisor role is onsite at the USA Parkway warehouse in Sparks, NV. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 2:00 pm to 12:00 am. The supervisor leads daily inventory control work to improve inventory accuracy, process discipline, and team execution. By investigating variances, monitoring performance, and coaching associates, the role helps the warehouse meet internal and customer expectations and supports accurate reporting.

What you'll do

• Supervise associates performing cycle counts, audits, variance research, inventory movements, and related accuracy work
• execute inventory policies and procedures
• coordinate counts, location audits, physical inventory, and investigations
• identify root causes and corrective actions
• monitor inventory metrics
• use WMS data and reporting tools to identify risks and process gaps
• prepare and justify inventory adjustments
• coach associates on proper handling
• escalate risks and recurring issues
• improve procedures and reporting tools
• support loss prevention and continuous improvement
• train and develop associates.
