What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents and concerns
• patrol building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor management
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activity and communicate relevant information to site leadership.
