What you'll do

• Maintain responsibility for safety and supervision during the assigned shift
• deploy and guide residential staff
• respond to behavioral crises, medical concerns, and conflicts using approved interventions
• document and communicate incidents
• coach and train staff
• coordinate routines, activities, meals, outings, and scheduled programming
• support student treatment and behavioral plans
• complete shift logs and reports.
