What you'll do
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and fixture repairs
- maintain grounds and remove trash and snow seasonally
- operate and maintain facility equipment
- assist with event setup and teardown
- move and organize materials
- use tools safely
- and report facility concerns to the Facilities Coordinator.
