The position supports Chartwells Higher Education’s dining operations at Florida Atlantic University, where the company provides campus dining experiences. The director advises and participates in the daily operations and financial performance of a large, multi-unit campus dining location. The role oversees budgets, food quality, reporting, staff development, food safety, and client relationships to support effective operations and consistent service.

What you'll do

• Formulate operating budgets and plans
• maintain and implement foodservice quality standards
• ensure compliance with account programs and policies
• provide accurate account reporting
• maintain food quality and customer service standards
• supervise hiring, training, and staff development
• complete daily, weekly, and financial reports, including food and labor costs
• ensure food safety and quality compliance
• maintain client relationships and align programs with client objectives
• support efficient dining operations.
