What you'll do

• Solicit prospective residents and support occupancy and rental goals
• respond to phone inquiries and leads
• conduct property tours and present amenities
• assist with rent collection, including delinquent accounts
• help manage the property budget
• maintain resident ledgers and files
• inspect units during move-ins and move-outs
• coordinate community events.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of leasing and/or sales experience and experience with affordable housing procedures. Yardi experience and new-development marketing experience are preferred. Schedule includes Saturdays and may vary with staffing and property needs.
