Senior Design Execution Project Manager – Data Center Projects

The Senior Design Execution Project Manager – Data Center Projects role is remote, with travel to project sites in and around Atlanta, GA; Charleston; and Raleigh. Travel is expected about 30% of the time. Compensation is not specified. The role supports a large technology client’s hyperscale data center construction and other projects. The project manager acts as the client’s representative through design phases and coordinates design consultants, stakeholders, and project deliverables through handoff to the construction team. The role helps localize program-level plans and keep design work aligned with project scope, cost, schedule, and technical needs.

What you'll do

• Facilitate planning, kickoff, design review, and other workshops
• author and administer contract scopes
• define and track deliverables
• monitor cost, schedule, scope, and progress
• build design teams
• manage scope and contract changes
• facilitate technical decisions
• coordinate design with procurement and construction
• ensure engineering information reaches the appropriate party in the appropriate format.
