What you'll do

• Supervise and coach retail staff
• support onboarding and training
• oversee customer service and resolve issues
• assist with point-of-sale and cash handling
• maintain store appearance and merchandising
• monitor staffing coverage and merchandise flow
• support pricing, staging, and replenishment
• enforce safety, security, loss prevention, and cash procedures
• report incidents
• complete operational reports
• and assist with opening and closing procedures.
