This role supports the TurboTax retail team in providing financial services to the local community. This role exists to provide professional tax preparation and advisory services to in-person clients. The associate acts as a community ambassador, building relationships and helping customers navigate complex tax situations using Intuit software.

What you'll do

• Represent TurboTax locally, engage with new prospects, nurture leads, provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax return preparation, facilitate discovery sessions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
