What you'll do

• Serve as Director of Nursing for home health and maintain required records
• supervise nursing, aide, and therapy staff
• review plans of care, physician orders, and assessments
• oversee visit verification, audits, referrals, infection control, and incident management
• direct residential habilitation operations and staff
• oversee individual support plans and documentation
• conduct site visits and corrective actions
• lead QAPI and accreditation readiness
• manage training, clearances, recruitment, performance processes, documentation integrity, and department budgets.
