What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, loan documents, and other real estate agreements
• conduct title, survey, zoning, and other due diligence
• coordinate transactions through closing
• represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and real estate finance matters.
