What you'll do

• Greet and serve guests
• prepare and serve menu items, beverages, coffee drinks, and grab-and-go selections
• process cash, card, and room-charge transactions
• maintain and restock Bistro and kitchen areas
• follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
• assist with inventory rotation
• complete opening and closing duties and cash reconciliation
• communicate with hotel teams.
