What you'll do

• Acquire, process, analyze, and compile data for boundary, topographic, control and design, plat, ALTA/ACSM, lot-line adjustment, easement, and aerial mapping work
• prepare maps, documents, and deliverables
• coordinate and monitor assigned engineering and surveying projects
• manage day-to-day survey operations
• assist with development of the survey division
• submit applicable documents
• perform office surveying and occasional field tasks.

Why this role

Requires Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor registration and at least three years of experience supervising topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys. Construction staking experience and knowledge of Topcon or Trimble GPS equipment, Trimble Business Center, or AutoCAD Civil 3D are also specified.
