Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Contract

Perform resident evaluations, establish plans of care, and document functional long- and short-term goals. Work under physician orders and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. Perform therapeutic procedures and modalities according to protocols and precautions. Experience with restorative nursing programs and working with geriatric populations is preferred.
