Tier II Support Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues
• analyze system logs and diagnostic information
• administer Windows Server, Linux/Unix servers, and virtualization platforms
• maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server security
• configure and troubleshoot network equipment and cloud services
• support backups, disaster recovery, security, endpoints, and business applications
• document procedures and troubleshooting
• mentor technicians
• manage service tickets and escalate issues when appropriate.
